Board of Directors

Thaden School is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation governed by an independent board of directors in accordance with its articles of incorporation and bylaws. The board meets every other month during the academic year and as needed to address special matters. Its principal areas of responsibility are the growth and stewardship of the school's financial resources, while the head of school oversees educational programs and all operational matters. The head of school reports to the board.
