his career, he has held various leadership roles in multinational Fortune 500 companies across the
consumer goods, retail, and manufacturing sectors. Chad has earned a reputation for delivering
commercial excellence, driving urgency and thought leadership in complex global environments.

Specializing in building businesses, growing talent, increasing organizational capabilities, and aligning
strategies to unlock growth, Chad has consistently created increased enterprise value for leading global brands in both publicly traded and private equity organizations. Currently, he serves as Senior Advisor and Operating Partner at Aventurine Partners, and CEO of Arcane Industries, a purpose-driven
innovator of sustainable solutions aimed at enabling critical infrastructure in energy, communication and environmental sectors.
