Currently, he serves as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Products at Jadex Inc., a purpose-driven innovator of sustainable consumer products aimed at improving consumer lives.

Chad holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the Stetson School of Business at Mercer University. He has been a resident of Northwest Arkansas for 25 years, where he lives with his wife of 30 years and their four children.
