Calling All Athletes!
Middle and Upper School student-athletes are invited to participate in the summer strength training program with Coach Passmore. The training sessions are held at the Thaden Fitness Lab every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. The strength training program is designed for all levels of athletic ability.
Note: No athletic practices or strength training will occur during the AAA Dead Weeks (June 21 - July 4).

A Note About Cycling
Student-athletes are invited to participate in our cycling program which is open to all students, regardless of experience, everyone from beginners to national-caliber racers. Please note that students do NOT have to race to take part in the Thaden Cycling team. Students will be divided into development (Devo) riding groups based on their experience levels rather than by age or grade.

We require all students to complete volunteer work as part of the cycling program. The volunteer work has to be associated with trail work or a cycling event. We help provide these opportunities during the summer, occasionally as part of a cycling practice with the team, or it can be done individually.
Trailwork opportunities are available on the school campus most Wednesdays throughout the summer from 8:00 to 10:00 am. Click for more information.
